Implementation of Azure Active Directory for Devices with VPN

Configured Azure AD tenant with users, groups, and role-based access control. Onboarded Azure cloud VMs (Windows/Linux) and physical devices into Azure AD. Implemented VPN integration (Azure VPN Gateway / third-party VPN) for secure remote access. Deployed SSO (Single Sign-On) for Microsoft 365 and SaaS applications. Configured MFA, Conditional Access, and device compliance policies. Provided centralized management through Microsoft Intune for enrolled devices.

Azure Active Directory Integration with Cloud Virtual Machines, Physical Devices, and Secure VPN Access

Description:
Key features of the project:

Designed and deployed a hybrid identity and secure access solution by integrating Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) with cloud-hosted virtual machines, physical end-user devices, and a VPN gateway. This project ensured secure, seamless, and centralized authentication for remote and on-site users accessing enterprise resources. The solution allowed employees to authenticate using their Azure AD credentials, whether logging into cloud VMs, physical laptops/desktops, or connecting remotely via a VPN tunnel. Security was enhanced through Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.

Deliverables:

Azure AD tenant integrated with cloud VMs and physical devices. Secure VPN configuration for remote device connectivity. Authentication via SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies. End-to-end documentation package: Hybrid architecture diagram (Azure AD + Cloud VMs + Physical Devices + VPN). Deployment guide for Azure AD, VM join, and VPN setup. Admin guide for managing devices, users, and access rules. End-user guide for VPN login, MFA enrollment, and app access Testing report verifying login across cloud VMs, physical devices, and remote VPN access.
